The Liberty Creek Donation to Operation Homefront Promotion ("Promotion") is open to legal residents of the United States, 21 years of age or older. Between 5/1/14 and 11/30/14 ("Promotion Period"), send keyword "Liberty" by text message from a two-way text messaging capable device ("Device") to short code 313131. You will receive a return text message asking you if you are age 21 years or older. If you are age 21 years or older, text TRUE to 313131 and Liberty Creek will donate $5.00 to Operation Homefront ("Verified Text Message"). If you are not age 21 years or older, you will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion. All Verified Text Messages must be received by 11:59:59 PM EST on 11/30/14. Participants may be charged standard text messaging rates for text messages sent and received from their Device according to the terms and conditions of their wireless plan. Other carrier-specific rates and applicable taxes may also apply in accordance with participants' wireless customer agreement. Participants are limited to one (1) Verified Text Message per person, per Device during the Promotion Period. You will receive up to two (2) reply text messages. Text messaging may not be available through all wireless carriers and not all Devices may be supported. A maximum of $48,000 will be donated to Operation Homefront. Donations are not tax deductible. Promotion is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Promotion at any time. Promotion is subject to federal and state laws and restrictions.
